I’ve used additional lengths several times and for the money the hair is good. However, should your parcel not arrive you might as well kiss your money goodbye! I placed an order in November and I’ve been pushed back and fourth between their customer service and DPD. It isn’t my job to ensure my parcel is delivered, it’s there’s. I will no longer be using this company and have advised friends not too also.

Conned me for over £150, wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. If you look at past 1 star reviews they have all said the same thing as what I’ve experienced. Refused to refund me for clip ins even though they were not tried on (I have nanos in) ordered in case I had them taken out. Changed my mind and returned them and they claimed the hygiene barrier was removed but it wasn’t. Avoid!

Excellent customer service they go above and beyond helping you and lovely to have a cheerful voice on the phone and very responsive via email highly recommend for excellent quality hair as well. Rebecca has been amazing throughout my purchase.

I first ordered remi catchet tape ins and the hair quality is AMAZING and delivery was very fast. I had now ordered the solvent spray and extra tapes to re tape my hair and delivery was super fast considering the current situation in the UK where all delivery services are taking way longer than they should. They had also added some chocolates that said merry Christmas on them which I found very cute. I will continue to use additional lengths website as I am very pleased with their service and quality :)

Well what can I say but- excellent!! My first experience with this company,I called asking for some help and advice, and a lovely girl called Rebecca came to my aid ( embarrassingly on several occasions actually) but was so helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgable.She gave me the advice I needed so I was able to purchased the product I’d been searching for. So without a doubt I would use this company again and I would definitely recommend them!!

I always find customer service fantastic, with living on an island things aren’t always as plain sailing but if I have had any problems I email them and they always get promptly back to me. I have switched from another hair company to here and very happy with the hair and service.

I had an incident with DPD and the team at Additional Lengths really went above and beyond to help me! Rebecca reassured me about everything and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Rebecca!! Amazing customer service :) I felt like I was speaking to one of my friends on the phone!

I'd leave no stars if I could! Bought hair extensions first time from here. Unfortunately colour and length did not match my hair. Returned as new for a refund and will not give me my money back. £450 down the drain. Extensions in perfect condition in all original packaging no refund given and continue to refuse. Do not buy from here!

They are SCAMMING!
I ordered tape in hair extensions and after using blue shampoo in the ends they started to fall off! I contacted seller and no solution at all! Hair wasn’t fitted and still have original tapes on it , refusing to any solution!
They recommend not to die or tone it but also mention that it can be done! It doesn’t make sense at all! Do not buy from here it’s not worth to spend these kind of money for such poor quality and customer service!

Always purchase my extensions from Additional Lengths, the quality is outstanding. Also want to thank their customer service team, I somehow manage to mess my ordering up each time but they go over and above when sorting it out for me. Thank you

I have been using Remi Cachet elegance 8/613 number for approx. 4 years , the hair that i currently have has lasted me just over 2 years , which is incredible.
I sit in the sun , use sunbeds etc , in fact my hair gets exposed to quite a lot , but the extremely high quality of the hair has proven to last.
Remi Cachet say they use the highest quality and this is very true, and has been proven..
I wouldn't use any other hair , there just isn't any comparison.

Visited the Stockton shop and the ladies in there could not have been more helpful. They advised on types of extension and colour matched my hair (with two different shades) to perfection! Their expertise and friendly advice made this an easy process and I was delighted with the service and the price. Many thanks.

I have used additional lengths a few times for remi cachet hair and I have always been incredibly impressed by the speediness of delivery and quality of hair. It’s an expensive range but definitely worth it.
Recently, I had noticed my usual weft hadn’t been as long lasting as the one I had previously so I decided to get in contact with customer support. They have been nothing but accommodating the whole through and helped resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
